Registration
Register for the 5K today! The donation amount is $25 for students / $40 for all others. We will provide a race bib, water, and yummy food after the race!
Race Location
The race will start & end at Lagoon Lawn on the UC Santa Barbara Campus. If you are driving, we recommend parking in Parking Lot 23 or Lot 22 which are a short walk from the race start.

Bib pickup
Pick up your bib on race day (February 2/7) between 8-8:50AM. Same day race registration will also be available.
Race Day Perks
There will be complimentary water, electrolytes, and snacks available for registered participants!
During and after the race
The course will lap through the UC Santa Barbara campus, with water stations along the race.
Join us afterwards for a free brunch hangout, where we will have food, coffee, and lawn games!

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, however for safety you are required to start at the back of pack.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, however for safety you are required to start at the back of pack.
When do I pick up my bib?
On race day, between 8:00 - 8:50am you can pick it up near the Race Starting point. We recommend parking in UCSB Campus Parking Lot 6.
Can I walk the 5K?
Yes, you are welcome to run or walk at your own pace.
Is this a closed course?
No, runners will be running through UC Santa Barbara campus & Isla Vista, so there may be other pedestrians. Please be mindful not to run anyone over. There are a few crosswalks, so look before you cross!
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, we won’t be able to provide refunds once you’re registered.
Where will the proceeds go?
All process from the 5K will go to Filter of Hope, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides water filters to families in need in Central & South America. The 5K is being help by a team of 24 UC Santa Barbara students & alumni who will be going to Guatemala in March 2026 to personally deliver and install the water filters.

Post-Run Brunch
As a “thank you” for participating, we will provide free brunch for all registered race participants from 9:30AM - 11AM.
